Inside, the ballroom has tall windows, honey oak flooring with a neutral soft gray wall covering to blend with any color palette.

In the Orlando, Florida area, downtown Winter Park is the perfect location for a wedding and reception. Before your event, stroll the avenue, play a game of golf, eat and drink at the sidewalk cafes, or cruise on the lakes. At The University Club of Winter Park your wedding/reception will be on North Park Avenue, only two blocks from downtown. No other Winter Park wedding-reception venue has the location, on-site parking for up to 100 cars, and the elegant facility for wedding parties of up to 100 for a buffet and dancing, 120 for a sit-down dinner, or up to 200 for a cocktail style wedding reception.
The beauty of a Florida wedding is the ability to have outdoor activities. At The University Club of Winter Park you could have your wedding ceremony in our gazebo under a tall oak tree, and you would be only a few steps from the indoor banquet hall.
One corner room opens into our “gallery” area that can be used for overflow or a buffet area. There is a stage for a DJ or small band, and our honey oak flooring is great for dancing. We also have a baby grand piano available for rental.

The library is the preferred location for smaller groups of 40 or less, making it the perfect area for corporate meetings or events. It also has an elaborate audio-visual system.
Guests will have rental access to a stunning Baby Grand piano for concerts or background music in the main ballroom.
